Can items be swapped for something else? Yes we can swap items like for like...

What choices are included in the wedding package? Pretty much everything on our website would be included as one of the options on our wedding package.

Can I choose different colours? - Yes - every wedding package is tailored to your colour pallet.

Does the wedding package include set up? - Yes this wedding package includes set up - There may be a travel charge depending on the location of your venue, but this would include us coming pack the following day to collect everything.

Which areas do Vanilla Teas cover? - We are based in Cullercoats, and cover all areas of Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside & South Tyneside... We travel up into Northumberland and Durham. Delivery charges may apply.

In May Helen at Vanilla Teas did our wedding day decorations which included reception tables, fireplace and table plan and they were all perfect. Although I’m not a creative type of person Helen listened to our thoughts aswell as given her own ideas enabling us to create excatly what we wanted. Despite myself changing my mind on things a few times nothing was ever a bother to Helen. She is a lovely, relaxed and professional lady who has a lot of time for you during your wedding planning process. Communicating with Helen was easy and her replies were so quick.
